Artashes Stepani Chilingarian (Armenian: Արտաշէս Ստեփանի Չիլինկարեան; 1883 – 1968), better known as Ruben Darbinian (Ռուբէն Դարբինեան), was an Armenian politician, activist and writer. He was a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) political party. In 1920, he served as the minister of justice of the First Republic of Armenia. He was also a renowned contributor to and editor of a number of Armenian publications in Tbilisi, Baku, and Boston.
