Ronald Jay "Slim" Williams (born November 11, 1964) is an American entrepreneur and record executive who co-founded the record label Cash Money Records in 1991, along with his younger brother, rapper Bryan "Birdman" Williams. He has served as executive producer for the label's major releases since 1997. In contrast to his brother, he has not contributed musically to any known production.
