Ronald Ford Howard (born March 3, 1951) is an American former professional football player who was a tight end in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks and Buffalo Bills. He played college basketball for the Seattle Chieftains (now Redhawks).
