Robert Thomas Mitchell Henry CBE LVO MStJ QPM CPM (known as Roy Henry; Chinese: 韓義理) was a British Army officer and senior British colonial police administrator in multiple former British colonies, which being the Federation of Malaya, Sarawak, Fiji, and Hong Kong.
