Rizal, officially the Municipality of Rizal, is a municipality in the province of Cagayan, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 19,577 people.

In the 21st century, the town grew notorious for the multiple incidents of assassinations among local politicians, with three mayors being killed since the 1980s.
