Richard Gerald Brown (born December 27, 1983) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL), primarily for the Oakland Raiders. He is currently the Special Teams Coordinator and Outside Linebackers Coach for Navy. He played college football for the Boston College Eagles.
