Richard Welton Fisher (born 1949) is the former President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, having served in that post from April 2005 to 2015. He is a former Senior Advisor to Barclays Plc, a British bank holding company, a Director of PepsiCo, and a Senior Contributing Editor for CNBC. From 2011 to 2017, he served on the Harvard Board of Overseers.
