Brigadier-General Richard Kane (born Richard O'Cahan; 20 December 1662 – 19 December 1736) was an Irish army officer who served as the acting governor of Gibraltar from 1725 to 1727. He also served as the governor of Menorca from 1733 to 1736, having been its lieutenant governor since 1712.
