Admiral Sir Richard Hussey Bickerton, 2nd Baronet, KCB (11 October 1759 – 9 February 1832), was a British Royal Navy officer who served in the American Revolutionary War, the Fourth Anglo-Dutch War, and the French Revolutionary Wars, ultimately rising to the rank of full admiral. He held senior commands, including First Sea Lord and Commander-in-Chief at Portsmouth. The son of Vice admiral Sir Richard Bickerton, 1st Baronet, he began his naval career in 1774, saw action in the West Indies and the Mediterranean, later served as a Lord of the Admiralty, and concluded his service at Portsmouth in 1812.
