Ri Il-hwan (Korean: 리일환, born 1960) is a North Korean politician and a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK). He was Director of the Propaganda and Agitation Department (PAD) of the party from 2020 to 2026.
