Retta Scott (February 23, 1916 – August 26, 1990) was an American animator and artist. She was the first woman to receive screen credit as an animator at the Walt Disney Animation Studios. Scott is recognised as a pioneering female figure during the golden age of American animation. She was inducted as a Disney Legend in 2000.
