Raymond J. Seigfried (born August 23, 1950) is an American politician. He is a Democratic member of the Delaware Senate, representing district 5 since 2025. He previously represented district 7 in the Delaware House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020.
Seigfried is a professor of healthcare policy and worked as a senior vice president for Christiana Care for over 25 years.
