Rajinder Khanna (born 1956) is a retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, who is currently serving as the Additional National Security Advisor of India since July 2024. Starting from 2018, he has served as the secretary of the National Security Council Secretariat. He is also a former chief of the Research and Analysis Wing, the external intelligence agency of India.
