Quiogue /ˈkwiːɒɡ/ is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in the Town of Southampton, in Suffolk County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 census, Quiogue had a population of 1,013. The name of the CDP was corrected from "Quioque" to "Quiogue" by the U.S. Census Bureau in 2010.
