Qaiyrbek Aitbaiuly Öskenbaev (Kazakh: Қайырбек Айтбайұлы Өскенбаев, romanized: Qaiyrbek Aitbaiūly Öskenbaev; 24 October 1964) is a Kazakh politician who served as Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development from 2022 to 2023.
