Puntsagiin Jasrai (Mongolian: Пунцагийн Жасрай; 26 November 1933 – 25 October 2007) was a Mongolian politician and economist. He was the prime minister of Mongolia from 21 July 1992 to 19 July 1996, the first democratically elected prime minister after the ratification of the 1992 Constitution.
