Pulat Khan, also known as Iskhak-Mulla-Khassan-Ogly orIskhak Khasan-uulu, was the final ruler of the Khanate of Kokand. The son of a tobacco merchant, he became khan after overthrowing Nasruddin Khan, but was executed by the Russians.
