Pshemakho Tamashevich Kotsev (12 April 1884 – 8 January 1962), was a North Caucasian writer, activist and second leader of the government of the Mountainous Republic of the Northern Caucasus of Circassian descent, being one of the most prominent political figures in the North Caucasus in 1917–1920.
