Presbyterianism and homosexuality

In the Presbyterian branch of Protestant Christianity, attitudes toward homosexuality vary widely depending on geographic region and individual denomination, ranging from outright condemnation to complete acceptance. There is no one organization that represents all Presbyterians, allowing individual denominations to take unique positions on the topic of homosexuality. The largest association of Reformed Christian denominations, which includes Presbyterians, the World Communion of Reformed Churches, has not taken a position on the issue of homosexuality but includes denominations that affirm same-sex marriage.
