Council of State (Portugal)

The Council of State (Portuguese: Conselho de Estado, IPA: [kõˈsɐʎu ðɨ ɨʃˈtaðu]) is a body established by the Portuguese Constitution to advise the President in the exercise of many of their discretionary powers.
