Polavaram mandal is one of the 27 mandals in Eluru district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is under the administration of Jangareddigudem revenue division and the headquarters are located at Polavaram. The mandal lies on the banks of Godavari River which separates it from East Godavari district and is bounded by Gopalapuram and Buttayagudem mandals.
