Pilar, officially the Municipality of Pilar (Ilocano: Ili ti Pilar, Tagalog: Bayan ng Pilar), is a municipality in the province of Abra in the Cordillera Administrative Region of the Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 10,498 people.
