Pierre David Édouard de Colbert-Chabanais (French pronunciation: [pjɛʁ david edwaʁ kɔlbɛʁ ʃabanɛ]; Paris, 18 October 1774 – 1853) was a general of the French Revolutionary Wars and Napoleonic Wars. Fearless, charismatic and always smartly dressed, he was regarded as a cavalry officer of the highest caliber and noted for his unbreakable loyalty to Napoleon and popularity with those under his command.
