Franklin Mall (formerly Philadelphia Mills and still referred to as Franklin Mills) is a single-story, enclosed outlet mall in Northeast Philadelphia, bordering Bensalem in Bucks County and 15 miles (24 km) from Center City.

Named for Benjamin Franklin, the mall was home to 125 stores, a food court, and seven theme restaurants and was visited by an estimated 18 million people in 2006.

As of March 2026, Franklin Mall is a dead mall, and its future is uncertain. It is currently up for sale, and recently reopened following a fire that occurred in one of the mall's stores on February 21, 2026.
