Peter Douglas Koon Ho-ming, BBS, OStJ (Chinese: 管浩鳴; born 1966) is the provincial secretary general of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (HKSKH) and a chaplain of HKSKH St John's Cathedral. He is also a member of the Election Committee since 2021 and 13th Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
