Peter François Cellier (born 12 July 1928) is a retired English actor who has appeared on film, stage and television. He is known for his role as Sir Frank Gordon in Yes Minister and Yes, Prime Minister in the 1980s as well as for his appearances as the Major in Keeping Up Appearances in the early 1990s.
