Periasamy Kumaran (born 23 January 1969) is an Indian diplomat from 1992 batch of Indian Foreign Service who is currently serving as Secretary (East) in Ministry of External Affairs of India. Before that he served as High Commissioner of India to Singapore and as an Indian Ambassador to Qatar.
