Pedigree Dogs Exposed: Three Years On is a 2012 follow-up to the 2008 BBC One documentary, Pedigree Dogs Exposed. It covers both positive changes made since the original film and areas of continuing concern. The programme aired on 27 February 2012 in the United Kingdom.

The documentary concludes that it is time to call a halt to suffering created by dog breeders. It suggests that the Kennel Club tolerates the breeding of dogs that cannot run, breathe, or see freely, due to a conflict of interest in its commitments to breeders and to dogs. It also calls on dog fanciers to stop being consumers of "freak-show" appearance, the driving factor in developing dogs to physical extremes. The Kennel Club refused to participate in the production.
