Peñarrubia, officially the Municipality of Peñarrubia (Ilocano: Ili ti Peñarrubia; Tagalog: Bayan ng Peñarrubia), is a municipality in the province of Abra, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 7,003 people.
