Paul Murphy (born 13 April 1983) is an Irish People Before Profit–Solidarity politician who has been a TD for the Dublin South-West constituency since the 2014 Dublin South-West by-election. He served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the Dublin constituency from 2011 to 2014.

He was previously a member of the Socialist Party and Solidarity, but left in September 2019 to form a new party, RISE. In February 2021, RISE joined People Before Profit as a network, and Murphy became a TD for the party.
