Patrick Burke (16 April 1879 – 7 February 1945) was an Irish politician. He was first elected to Dáil Éireann at the 1932 general election as a Cumann na nGaedheal Teachta Dála (TD) for the Clare constituency. He was re-elected as a Fine Gael TD at the 1937 general election, and served as a TD until his death. He died on 7 February 1945 in the precincts of Leinster House. He was attended by Conn Ward and Thomas F. O'Higgins, both medical doctors and a Fianna Fáil TD and Fine Gael TD respectively.
