Patnongon, officially the Municipality of Patnongon (Kinaray-a: Banwa kang Patnongon; Hiligaynon: Banwa sang Patnongon; Tagalog: Bayan ng Patnongon), is a municipality in the province of Antique, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 40,070 people.
