Paniqui ([pɐnɪˈki]), officially the Municipality of Paniqui (Ilocano: Ili ti Paniqui; Kapampangan: Balen ning Paniqui; Pangasinan: Baley na Paniqui; Tagalog: Bayan ng Paniqui), is a municipality in the province of Tarlac, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 106,190 people.

The town is known as the birthplace of Corazon Aquino, the 11th President of the Philippines.
