Příčný vrch is a mountain in the Opawskie Mountains (Zlatohorská vrchovina), part of the Eastern Sudetes, in the north-eastern Czech Republic. With an elevation of 975 m (3,199 ft), it is the highest peak of the Opawskie Mountains / Zlatohorská Highlands.
