Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (previously named Overstock.com, Inc. and Beyond, Inc.) is an American online retailer, founded in 1999 by Patrick M. Byrne and Jason Lindsey. It used the Overstock.com brand for over 20 years, except for a failed rebranding effort to O.co in 2011, and was known for selling closeout merchandise including home decor, furniture, and bedding.

Overstock.com acquired the intellectual property of the former big-box store chain Bed Bath & Beyond in 2023. The Overstock.com brand was briefly eliminated following the company renaming to Beyond, Inc. and the consumer website renaming to Bed Bath & Beyond. Beyond, Inc. reintroduced Overstock.com the following year beside Bed Bath & Beyond, and acquired the assets of former Bed Bath & Beyond property Buy Buy Baby in 2025. That August, the company adopted the former legal name and ticker symbol of the former Bed Bath & Beyond.
