The Osman Mahmoud (Somali: Cismaan Maxamuud; Arabic: عثمان محمود) is a Somali sub-clan of the Majeerteen clan. It forms part of the Harti branch of the main Darod clan. The sub-clan has a documented historical presence in the Horn of Africa and is associated with the Majeerteen Sultanate and the Sultanate of Hobyo.
