Öskemen (Kazakh: Өскемен [ʉ̯ɵskʲeˈmʲen] ⓘ) or Ust-Kamenogorsk (Russian: Усть-Каменогорск, IPA: [ˌʊsʲtʲ kəmʲɪnɐˈgorsk]) is the largest city in eastern Kazakhstan and the administrative center of the East Kazakhstan Region.
