Osama Saad Hammad Saleh (Arabic: أسامة حماد; born 1979) is a Libyan politician. On 16 May 2023, he was appointed acting prime minister of the Government of National Stability by the House of Representatives. He took over from Fathi Bashagha and was previously his finance minister.
