Osório Citora Afonso I.M.C. (born 6 May 1972) is a Mozambican Catholic prelate who is the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Quelimane in Mozambique since 25 July 2025. Before that, from 21 September 2023 until 25 July 2025, he was Auxiliary Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Maputo in Mozambique. He was appointed bishop by Pope Francis and was assigned Titular Bishop of Puzia in Numidia. He was consecrated bishop at Nampula on 28 January 2024. On 25 July 2025, Pope Leo XIV transferred him to Quelimane and appointed him local ordinary there. His installation at Quelimane took place on 31 August 2025. He is a professed member of the Order of the Consolata Missionaries.
