Original Sin (死んでもいい, Shinde mo ii) is a 1992 film directed by Takashi Ishii. Based on a novel by Bo Nishimura, the film's plot is about an extramarital affair between the wife of an estate agent and a 22-year-old man. The theme of the film is "a feature exploring the emotional aftermath of Japan’s bubble economy."
