Navy Captain Omoniyi Caleb Olubolade ⓘ (30 November 1954 – 11 May 2025) was a Nigerian military administrator of Bayelsa State who was appointed minister of special duties on 6 April 2010, when acting president Goodluck Jonathan announced his new cabinet.
