Omer Gamar-Eldin Ismail (Arabic: عمر قمر الدين إسماعيل) is the Prime Minister's Advisor for Global Partnerships and former Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs in Sudan. He took on this position in the Cabinet reshuffle of July 2020.
