Olena Viktorivna Khomenko (Ukrainian: Олена Вікторівна Хоменко; born in 7 December 1975), is a Kyrgyz-born Ukrainian politician who is currently serving as a member of the Verkhovna Rada since 29 August 2019.

She is also the vice president of the Council of Europe since 23 January 2023.
