Oleksiy Mulyarenko (Ukrainian: Олексій Муляренко; born 15 October 1976) is a Ukrainian politician. He most notably served as Governor of Rivne Oblast from 2016 to 2019 under President Petro Poroshenko. Before entering politics, he worked in the private sector of Ukraine and became head of the construction-materials company Stal-M. He also served as secretary of the Rivne City Council prior to his governorship.
