Ọlagunsoye Oyinlọla Listen (born 3 February 1951) is a retired Nigerian military general, who became governor of Osun State, Nigeria in May 2003, and was reelected in 2007. He was a member of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

On 26 November 2010 a court of appeals nullified his election. He later defected to the APC shortly before the 2014 Osun State governorship election. He was former military administrator of Lagos State.
