Odin Benedict (August 20, 1805—March 11, 1874) was an American physician, banker, and politician from Chautauqua County, New York. He was supervisor of the Town of Ellery, New York and 10-time chairman of the county Board of Supervisors. He represented the county in the New York State Assembly for two terms, in 1840 and 1843.
