Payment and Control Agency for Guidance and Guarantee Community Aid (Greek: Οργανισμός Πληρωμών και Ελέγχου Κοινοτικών Ενισχύσεων Προσανατολισμού και Εγγυήσεων, OPEKEPE) is a Greek Legal Entity under Public Law supervised by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food. It was established by Law 2637 (Government Gazette 200/A/1998) and began operations on September 1, 2001. Since 2007, it has operated as the exclusive paying agency for the primary sector and, since 2006, has been responsible for managing funds from the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
