Orley S. Stapley (April 28, 1872 – April 15, 1942) was a politician from Arizona who served in the Arizona state senate during the 2nd Arizona State Legislature. He began what would become the largest mercantile business in Arizona, and he was the largest dealer of International Harvester products in the United States.
