Nurlan Dulatbekov

Nurlan Orynbasaruly Dulatbekov (Kazakh: Нұрлан Орынбасарұлы Дулатбеков, Nurlan Orynbasaruly Dýlatbekov; born on May 5, 1962) is a Kazakh scientist, and since 1996, have been the Chancellor of Karagandy "Bolashak" University. A scholar in the field of criminal law and criminology, he has been an outstanding figure in the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Law (2003), Professor (2004).
