Mexicana Universal Michoacán is a pageant in Michoacán, Mexico, that selects that state's representative for the national Mexicana Universal pageant.

The State Organization hasn't had a national winner in Nuestra Belleza México, however, obtaining the crown of Queen of Hispanoamerican Mexico in 2016 with Magdalena Chipres, she positioned herself as vice-queen in the international contest.

Michoacán currently has nine places in the national finals. Two among the top 20, in 2003 and 2019; one among the top 15, in 2010; five among the top 10, in 2004, 2006, 2016, 2018 and 2025; and one winner, in 2023.
